PURPOSE

High density, foot and auto traffic bring with it a form of blight known as litter.  Bottles, cans, food and cigarette debris, paper, plastic bags are visible along this very busy corridor.

Plant Pride on Parsons is a proposed clean up of litter and debris beginning at the intersection of Livingston Avenue south to SR 104.

Graffiti will be removed professionally by Contract Sweepers, a local company celebrating their 100th anniversary by giving back to the Columbus community with a donation of free services.

May 15th at 9:30 am is an opportunity for residents from both the East and West sides of Parsons Avenue to show you care about the heart of the Southside.

We will gather at the beautifully revitilized South High School at Ann & Stewart Avenues at 9:00am.

There will be transportation to take all volunteers to various locations along the clean up route.
